I feel sorry for the Lu guy in the 1st story… He got the short end of the stick in both lives!!

Both of these stories are kind of depressing. The women free themselves from terrible situations but every story feels bittersweet. Also wtf is with the history lessons at the end of stories lately.

S1: It's really a good thing that she didn't end up with LXY, and they're all annoying! Why can't they just listen to her request the first time!? This should've been the time where the MC should've slapped them away like a fly whenever they blocked her way everytime!

S2: Having the SIL's POV instead of the leads is a fresh take for this kind of story. SQR really knows what she wants, although she misjudged her attraction to LJ at first, in the end she cut her loses short and left without turning back. Her in-laws family are also not bad, they actually have self awareness and let her leave and not allow LJ see her.

Both stories made the FLs leave all the toxicities behind and found the life that suits them... 👏👏👏
