In this video, I build the Fairey Gannet AS.1 1/48 scale model from unboxing to the final result.
A complete scale model aircraft build covering assembly, painting, weathering, and final presentation.

Video shows the complete Fairey Gannet AS.1/AS.4 1/48 scale aircraft model build by Airfix (kit No. A11007), starting with a short unboxing overview and continuing through parts preparation, assembly, painting, decals, weathering, and final presentation.

The build focuses on a clean, structured workflow and realistic finishing, without rushing the key stages that define the final result.

The Fairey Gannet is a distinctive British naval aircraft with a unique silhouette, folding wings, and complex surface detail, making it an interesting subject for a detailed scale model project.

The video is designed as a condensed full build, showing the entire process from start to finish in one continuous timeline.

A separate final showcase video presents the completed model in more detail, while the unboxing and project overview are available as a standalone video.
