Being this obsessed with efficiency and health while getting 4 or 5 hours of sleep is actually fucking insane bros brain is MELTING

@lfforever7991 2 years ago

If he actually cared about not dying, starting by getting more than 4 hours of sleep is a very good idea. Not doing so will bring his fears way sooner.

bro sleeping for 4 hours 5 days a week and trying to get up to exercise for 2-3 hrs… there’s no way this man doesn’t want to end it all

“at 4:20am i’m on the treadmill with my wife” sounds like he and his wife are simultaneously running on 1 shared treadmill😭

The irony is that sleeping less than 6 hours a day increases your risk of heart attack or stroke. That first guy is gonna croak in his fifties cause he was trying to live forever.

This guy needs to sleep more and feel how much better he feels with more than 4 hours.

I think the worst part is that the "Tibetan licking stone" doesn't even sound fake to me

These are the guys that make Patrick Bateman their religion.

Now that's cringe.

I refuse to believe that this man actually does this every morning. Live stream a full day or it didn't happen.

Having met someone that actually lives like that, I genuinely believe its the outcome of going insane. These individuals are driven by the anxiety of npt doing enough, and nothing will ever be enough for them because as soon as you get done with one thing theres already time for the next thing. Its very exhausting to be around someone like that

Dre Drexler would quake at the sight of this routine

Noel is shifting out of the "cool guy" look and into "cool uncle"

My morning routine is that I wake up (optional) around 5am, 30 mins before I have to leave to work.

You can't "over dopamine" your mind because it's limited by how many receptors you have... maybe a beginners book on neurology would be worth adding to the 4am reading list 😂

Bro will never experience the pleasure of waking up at 12:30pm, smoking a joint and maybe getting breakfast finished by 3pm

Listening to a book at double speed at 4 AM is insane enough on its own, like imagine waking up before the sun rises to Ben Shapiro giving a lecture about Business Efficiency Management or whatever the fuck. I'd have to live in a single-storey house because otherwise I'm defenestrating myself on day 1.

Imagine fitting your family social time and love for them into timed moments of the day instead of just being normal and living your life without having to always meet such a strict self-implemented schedule. I feel bad for the kids and wife, it can't be fun having to live life by such restrictions.
