■Profile of Hitoshi Aoki, CEO of Achievement Group
Born in Hakodate City, Hokkaido. He honed his skills in the world of professional sales at a young age, winning numerous awards as a top salesperson and top manager.

After working for a talent development training company, he established Achievement Co., Ltd. in 1987 at the age of 32, based on Choice Theory psychology. Since its establishment, the company has been involved in the training of over 490,000 individuals and the education of over 7,000 small and medium-sized business owners. The company has sales exceeding 5.6 billion yen and operating profit exceeding 1.8 billion yen.

From 2010 to 2023, he served as a visiting professor at the Graduate School of Policy Innovation, Hosei University. He also served as a judge for the "Japan's Most Valued Company Award" for seven years. Since October 2023, he has been a visiting professor at the Faculty of Liberal Arts, SBC Tokyo Medical University, and the Beauty Business Research Department, Hollywood University Graduate School.
