In my area, the Sheriff Department takes care of deer hit on roads, but they also find someone who needs the meat and call them to come get it, unless the person who hit it needs the meat, then they can take it. There’s no reason to waste good meat, when people need it for their family to eat!

Thank you Wardens for what you do. Keep up the great work and stay safe ! Love the show.

39:55 You can feel the episode ‘click’ into investigation mode here. The pacing tightens, the details get procedural, and it turns from campfire drama into ‘chain-of-custody’ reality. Wardens have that calm ‘I already know’ energy… and honestly my imaginary alibi just resigned.

This is Season 5 from 2015. You should add the year and date for each episode.

01:11:08 This is the pivot where the story stops being ‘maybe’ and becomes ‘evidence.’ You can hear the tone shift: fewer guesses, more facts, and the whole thing turns into backcountry forensics. I came for wilderness vibes… and got a masterclass in ‘don’t lie to people who read tracks for a living.

You can talk to those kids until you are blue in the face and they will float down the river laughing at you. The only way to get through to them is write them up! Remember the courts will usually them go anyhow!
