I met Tom Hardy in Starbucks once, London. It was really busy, raining heavily out side so I decided, like many others, to just get my drink & something to eat to sit inside. Couldn't find a table or at least a table with a seat & I heard a voice say: 'Sit here mate, spare seat. I wouldn't go out in that neither.' I replied with, 'Are you sure? Thanks very much, I really appreciate it.' Yeah sure, no problem, make yourself comfortable, he said. It wasn't until I took my jacket off, sat down & realised it was him. We had a really nice chat and he was very, very curious about the guitar in it's case I had with me & he asked if he could have a look at it. Really nice guy, very charming, inquisitive, polite and just genuinely a down to earth guy. What are the chances of that happening, eh.

When Leonardo DiCaprio is impressed with another man's brilliance; you know Tom Hardy is beyond exceptional at his craft.

His eyes are so intense.

Tom Hardy has had a hard year. First he was filming in the empty desert, then he filmed in the freezing arctic. What's next? The vacuum of space?

That stare is terrifying when hes waiting for the question

Wtf is happening did he really survived a 16 min long interview alone. Thanks for the blessing

Let this maniac be the next James Bond.

I don't think I've ever seen Tom as open and comfortable in an interview setting as he is in this video, thanks to your talent and commitment as an interviewer.

His reaction to being called sexy was awesome.  Adorable actor Tom Hardy is.

He truly loves Taboo, and his father. It shows.

God i love this guy. He's real and pure which is rare in Hollywood. Stay true to yourself Tom and i'm looking forward to see you in The Revenant and Taboo.

This is how all interviews should be conducted, just a nice relaxed atmosphere for the interviewee and intelligent questions being asked about the movie - not being stuck in a stuffy room where a sea of annoying interviewers ask stupid questions and other intrusive stuff like asking ones sexuality etc.

One of the most genuinely decent, humble, intelligent and loveable people working in Hollywood today.
Couldn't be a bigger fan of Tom Hardy, what a cracking bloke!

I could listen to him talk for hours about something that he's passionate about

This is the epitome of a great interview, no egos just a real person having a chat with another person

his description of fury road is so on point. You can tell this is a man who is proud of the work he's done and rightfully so

That's the way every interview should be so authentic and casual, a real conversation.

This is one of the best Tom Hardy interviews I've seen. I've rarely seen him open up this much about filming.

I'm over the moon today!! Tom received his first and well deserved Oscar nomination...CONGRATS TOMMY!

I love that the interviewer did her research on Tom and actually seemed interested in finding out about Tom's work and acting roles  and talking to him like a normal person unlike other interviewers who are more interested in meeting him as Tom the celebrity.

I like at 14:20 onwards at how humble he is when she's giving him compliments and yes Tom you know you're sexy lol
