when i was a newbie i bought a ghille suit thinking it would give me pro hax. went to my local field just to realize it was indoor. still smh

The pistol thing sounded so smooth brained. I do agree with you should definitely invest in a good primary instead of a side arm because you use an airsoft sidearm like 5% of the time on the field. But it’s not hard to go prone and not get your pistol muddy

That pistol getting caked in mud sounds more like a holster issue than a pistol issue. A level 3 retention holster with a decent hood will keep out a lot. If the pistol slide/barrel sticks out of the holster then maybe something longer to cover it would also be beneficial. Having run both low profile and more enclosed holsters I can say the pistol states a lot cleaner in the enclosed holster. Food for thought really.

I’m an Airsoft sniper. I use a Tac-41 with a Stalker upgrades and a stalker ghillie suit. I’m pretty good at it now but it took me about a year to get to my level of skill in ghillie sniping. Every time I went to Airsoft I went in my ghillie suit with my sniper. Now I feel I have almost mastered it. It does take LOTS of practice though. It’s my favorite role to play also. If you know what you are doing it will be REALLY fun, especially when you almost get stepped on 😂

Eye relief on a weapon also has to do with where you mount said optic in relation to your eye. Your sight picture should be the same every time. And it should be comfortable to where you "mount" the weapon when you aim and it will solve 99% of your eye relief issue

Pistols... main thing to consider when using gas pistols is that weather can have a massive impact on performance. If the day is cold, the pistol could malfunction and if its too hot out there, the pistol could shoot well over the FPS of the site you are on.

I'm a tall guy and can't run very fast so my first gun was a sniper. The waiting and scoping part was more attractive for me, and I learned to have fun with it.

very imformative! Its a good video specially those who wants to start airsoft because it can get pretty expensive one you sum up all the things you need to really enjoy the hobby

Something else that helped a lot, was a tactical belt. Instead of carrying all those heavy GBBR mags in my plate carrier, I carry most of my mags in my belt.

Sniper's Rife. Though the elcan and pistols, 100%. I only use my aap 01 when I run my srs because I need something for close range. I played once in tenis shoes and knew I needed some good boots. Great purchase.

genuinely a great vid, honestly i’ve been struggling to find a good set of budget ear-pro and this helped a bunch in finding something that’ll work well. Keep up the good work!!

Everyone told me to get an M4 for my first gun. I decided on the CZ Scorpion EVO 3A1 and a CZ P75D Compact (last resort gun and just looks cool on my vest). This was based on my experience for decades with the real steel CZ P01 (a NATO spec pistol). The scorpion is surprising, but I had everything done to it including Leviathan.

For Pads especially with NVGs 4D pads are really really nice

Eclan also wieghs a ton compared to alot of other optics so factor than in too which can be a pain for long milsims.

For choosing platform, if your on a team factor in mag compatibility if your playing long games or milsim.
Agree on comms, replica kit are poorly soldered or just hot glued together. If you know how to open them and replace the fault points your sorted but otherwise avoid.

When I first got into airsoft, a bought meself a pistol first cause I thought I only want to plink with a cheap gbb pistol, and not go out on the field very much, but then it turns out I actually wanted rifles instead and I could've saved the money from the pistol to buy the rifle sooner, but because I didn't I had to show up to a game with a pistol and rental rifle.

The walkers with the walkie talkie attachment are awesome somebody in the airsoft world needs to make a stereo listen headset with a built in walkie talkie and it will make big bucks guranteee
