Despite Zanny's low attention span, he makes a giant video for people with high attention spans.

Me, a pole: yup, checks out.

YOU CAN JUST KNOCK HANS OUT AND DRAG HIM THROUGH THE PASSAGEWAY?? Wow the level of player choice in this game is insane.

The interaction with Sigismund is one of the coolest scenes in the game. Henry is meeting his equivalent of a Vader figure but instead of acting the part of the classic evil king, Sigismund is remarkably chill. He's the source of all the turmoil that Henry has suffered but he's still controlled and reasonable, never lashing out at those undeserving of it and you can even argue he's justified in his usurption depending on how you interpret Wenceslaus.

Zanny: “uploads one hour video”
Fans: A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one

12:46 "Woah, you know how to read? You're everything I ever wanted in life!"

Feature length film from Zanny is CRAZY 🎉

That cutscene with Aulitz at the end sealed this game as my GOTY, i dont even care about GTA 6

The ending is so goated with Markvart bc he clocks you so hard. Like for him killing was exclusively a war thing, and he remembers all his kills, and confronts you about it first after you spend actual hours of your life going around slaughtering unnamed npc’s just for some quick money. I kinda wish there was some variance of his dialogue if like you only kill story dependent people (like you kill Toth and characters the game forces you to/ only kill people during war related fights) but still it’s such a good character moment. Especially like Zanny points out we see him like once in the original game and don’t even speak to him until his death scene. We know so little about him we find out he has a whole family back home he writes constantly and is excited for the war to be over, he’s not excited for victory or for his king, but he’s excited to be able to visit his family again.

Also it’s so crazy to me that both games take place in the same year. Henry goes from random guy in a town to basically a knight and a master swordsman in a few months, same with Erik. (Btw I feel like Erik is very under appreciated bc he is quite literally “Dark Henry” where he grows at the same pace as you but works for the other side. Like people scoff at Erik but he is arguably the hardest boss fight, is the only person who bests Henry (in a cut scene but still) and he has similar motives as you, as you took the life of someone he loved. Your rage towards Toth spawned a rival which is just another Henry, further backing up Markvart’s claims.

I kinda hope in the next game we see the son of a character we killed in one of the previous games and they are like Henry and see us as Markvart

The Deep Rock Galactic reference by the Devs at 44:47 is actually peak. Love to see it getting the subtle recognition it deserves.

The entire Markvart cutscene and death during the camp sneaking is entirely missable. If you don't go into his hut/building, that entire incredible sequence is missed. You can still see his dead body in that room the next day at the end of the seige. This is why so many people called the ending underwhelming. You can also stealth kill Brabant without confrontation, which leads to your mother chastising you in the end - you technically didn't spare him. There's so many ways to do each mission, so many ways to maneuver past each obstacle in the game. I just wish that stuff like the Markvart thing wasn't so easily missable, because a lot of people won't experience such a heavy moment in the game. Conversely, I can see why some people may say that it rewards exploration, but I still would prefer that incredible stuff like that wasn't so easy to miss.

Yeah, the Radzig's sword is bugged, even if you pick adventurer/warrior, there's still a chance the game will just straight up strip it from your inventory. If you're on PC, you can just console command it back, but you're on console, you're shit out luck until Warhorse fix it in future patch.

Zanny’s head bobbing around like a modern superhero movie CG effect

Patrolling the Mojave Desert almost makes you wish zanny would make a uncharted video
