There is an exact volume that the radio chatter needs to be at. If its too loud, your brain will start to try understanding what's said and it becomes too distracting. Too low, and it eliminates the effect of being an outpost. This video has it just right. Good job.

As an Air Force veteran, the background radio chatter helps me focus so much

damn. all these images are brought to you by Windex.. cleanest windows in the outpost world. Those outpost janitors are working OVERTIME. Get em a raise.

Every time I need to lock in on my computer work, I click back on this

Just a suggestion, but a super small red light with a long pulse on the comm tower would be the cherry on top! Here every night for work! Thank You AO!

Perhaps there could be one with an added layer of sounds, that of a coworker in the next room. Papers shuffling, muffled footsteps, general moving around noises...

Idk what it is about the added radio chatter but it makes the audio so much better.

Speed on 0.85x for me. 👌

This track and a warm cup of coffee? That’s the kind of therapy I need.

As someone who works in cybersecurity research, I enjoy the wallpapers and ambience. I finally found what I was looking for!

This music is so relaxing it is surreal.

This exceptional audio and visual atmosphere makes my heart long for exploring the countless planets in the universe, an experience not any of us right here are most likely going to get to have. I hope at least future generations can fulfill all the sci-fi concepts we currently daydream about.

Man, I dreamt about this place and vibe literally.
I was in a remote island with a satellite dish on top of a tower by myself and went inside and sat by the equipment. It brought me so much feelings of peace.
Thanks for making my dream a reality.

I like to think that I am a station operator monitoring the cosmos for possible incoming horrors in a Lovecraftian universe. Why that brings me comfort? I don’t know I guess it’s because we too live in a horror filled universe but ours is ruled by the fancies of men instead of beasts.

This view looks like a set piece straight out of The Three-Body Problem.

The watch isn’t so silent with that radio chatter but I like it.

it is not a satellite dish in this picture, but a giant laser weapon. The man sitting in the room is a general and he shoots at the incoming alien invaders with maximum force
