Mixed Media Art on Recycled Cardboard | Wild Heather Studio

Welcome to Wild Heather Studio! 🌿

In this video, I’m creating a colourful mixed media artwork on recycled cardboard from food packaging.

I love discovering how everyday materials can be transformed into something creative and beautiful. This piece combines layers of colour, texture and pattern, finished with a whimsical black-and-white design.

Materials used
Recycled cardboard from food packaging
Gesso
Acrylic paint
Chalk pastels
Stencils
Woody crayons
Kingart gel sticks
Posca pens

Come along as I experiment with colour, texture and mixed media techniques to create this unique piece of artwork.

I’m an intuitive artist who enjoys exploring the creative process and making art with what I have around me.
