Tattoo regret is everywhere in 2026, and the people living with it are finally talking about what it takes to undo a decision made at eighteen, in love, or in grief. We are investigating the celebrity tattoos that outlived the feeling behind them, from stars like Megan Fox, Pete Davidson, Victoria Beckham, Mark Wahlberg, Jessica Alba, Mel B and more, along with everyday people whose stories reached millions.

We go far beyond the gossip to examine the before and after, what tattoo removal really costs, the years of laser sessions, the price tags that climb into six figures, and the ink that never fully leaves. We explore why so many were told it would fade, why some chose to cover it instead, and why one woman's video sparked a fierce debate about whether anyone is allowed to change their mind about their own skin.
