Quite a sporty episode this one! After the Steelers returned last month we've now go new Sheffield FC fixtures and Sheffield Sharks are back for a new season of basketball! Not to mention the Sheffield 10K, although we're more mentioning that so you know not to drive around that morning (we're not runners ourselves)!!

Our Favourites category this week is a little bit different... something we believe people are very passionate about. If you drive you'll know what we mean... it's roundabouts! We have some pretty terrible ones so listen until the end to find out what we think. Also, be sure to let us know your favourites (and least favourites!)

Enjoy the episode!
