This isnt even a podcast this is literally like them just doing couples therapy but broadcasting it to an audience and without the proper guidance of a couples therapist

Her: “we need a retirement, emergency fund, and have money for the kids”

Him: “that’s fucking dumb”

Funny how he can be checked out from their baby because he couldn't see it, yet can devote himself to God who also can't be actually seen either.

not only does he "check out" during her pregnancy but IMMEDIATELY minimizes her suffering??? she was nauseous all the time.... but not THATTTT nauseous. BFFR

Being “addicted to being financially stable” as if thats not incredibly normal and smart is actually wild 💀

May this kinda love NEVER find me or anybody I'm close to

These types of couples should stop podcasting their toxic marriages and go to a goddamn therapist.

Their like the Korean versions of Matt & Abby 😭

33:07 do NOT tell me he proposed to her with the ring from his parents failed marriage 😭 he literally said it was a bad ending!

Have you guys ever seen the african home video and the little boy says "if your pastor does not have a job, he is a thief"

Lmao i feel like dankjabo has become progressively more unhinged on camera since the louis mcclung drama and im living for it

Andrew saying his financial comfort bar is lower because he was poor is wild to me. I grew up poor and was poor into most of my young adult life and I  fucking refuse to live that life again. That's a shit excuse for being lazy.

Thank FUCK there's no censoring, having a youtuber be honest about how they talk without using "unalive" and "freak" is so refreshing!

Her subreddit is locked now but apparently there are some posts from there about young girls talking about how he would like their bikini pictures and videos on social media when he was their youth pastor at the church. He also got with Sarah when she was 20 and he was 28, which a lot of the girls from the youth group felt weird about since he was dating a girl from the church only  1-2 years older than them.

The Asian creator is absolutely correct about Korean men. Most of them grow up not lifting a finger because their moms do literally everything for them so they never learn to be self sufficient. I’m a Korean American woman who married a Korean American man and the only thing he was told to do was do well in school. So guess what? I have to do all of the housework, plus take care of the kids while working full time. Our main argument has always been him “helping” me even though he also lives in the same house. My goal is to raise my son to be the best husband to his future wife and I hope she thanks me for it! And teaching my daughter that her future husband is her partner and to have high expectations and never ever settle.

all he does is passively aggressively pick at her behavior that he causes

Not everyone is meant to be a pastor, nor should.

The ring of a divorced woman given to another bride to be as an engagement ring is an omen. It’s no different than wearing a wedding dress of a divorce woman.  Nobody wants to take a chance and do that.  I find it confusing that he would think it was ok to give her that ring.  She is not going to say anything and accept it with grace.  I would have done the same but I’d have thought it was wrong.

This drama has actually surprised me. I’ve been following her for like a year and I love the vids of her family and her. I also say the pregnancy announcement and did see the dad reaction as a bit weird but chalked it up to Asian dad reactions. But after everything I’ve seen and heard I can’t believe it. Her parents have demonstrated true love to her but she seems to have settled for something so sad and degrading. Honestly can’t help but think about the newly made kdrama when life gives you tangerines. But the opposite where the main character didn’t choose herself and ended up in a really bad situation. Breaks my heart for her and her parents

41:19 he hates her omg💀that's no way you talk about someone you love, even if they do something that's hurtful or irritating, especially in public.
