A very cosy and peaceful weekend in Zakopane, Poland, in the beautiful Tatra Mountains. We were lucky to stay in a beautiful, rustic, yet luxurious apartment, which I share a tour of, along with our hike up the mountains, cosy evenings, and delicious food. Enjoy!

Zakopane is beautiful, I was there when I was 14 yrs old. My Grandparents were from Poland so we decided to visit in the late 70's. I have such fond memories of that trip. My Dad was having a great time speaking Polish, unfortunately I never learned the language. I live in the US so this is a real treat to see on my lunch hour. I still have 2 wooden plates from there. Thanks for sharing and letting me go back in time!
