About the expressway and the toll, the government using it own money is best because the government can also bring toll to get the whole money back so I think this is better than giving to bos to benefit whiles the government can win win

I don't get Hon. Alan. The Bank of Ghana give GOLDBOD Ghanaian cedis which they used to buy the gold in Ghana. now when they sold them GOLDBOD rather get dollars which they in turn exchanged into cedis and paid Bank of Ghana and not the other way round. Any way thanks for your brilliant ideas, Ghana need people like you.
