・この動画を見ていると定常円旋回の開始直前辺りで足をステップに戻しているように見えますが、このタイミングも意味がある感じがします。
・また、足の上げ下げなどによる荷重変動は、レーシングブーツを履いたまま体重計に乗って片足を上げ下げしたり、前後左右に振ってみると何かヒントが得られるのではないでしょうか。
今ロードバイクに乗りますが、基本ハングオンしかしません。でもたまーに癖で足が出ることはあります。
