Always use the tyre weight to your advantage
Levers in at the bottom bring over the rim then spin the tyre up to the top
Start at the valve & make sure the opposite side has the bead dropped into the well

Very good way to wreck your tube is to start at the valve stem when remounting the tire. The bead has to go to the drop center of the rim and slides across the valve stem and rips the inner tube.
