앞으로 재개발이 점점 힘들겁니다.
다 낡았는데도 보통 1억이 넘고 땅크고 집 좋은곳은 2~3억을 부릅니다.
초고령 사회로 진입한 우리 나라도
지금 부동산가격으로 말들이 많지만 이 영상을 보니 한번쯤 생각해 볼 문제가 아닌가 싶네요~
