A simple, bold house with exposed materials. That was the concept that Interior Designer Marcel Steiner created for his home. To create this house that truly felt like a home, he had to partially demolish the old structure on the property and start construction practically from scratch. A year and a half later, the completely rebuilt three-story house surprises with the beauty of its simplicity and personality.
A true manual on how to reuse spaces and objects, giving them new meaning and taking advantage of their simplicity, this week's Open House at Marcel Steiner's home is a real find in a city submerged in buildings!
Here on the channel you can check out the complete tour with Marcel Steiner through this neo-colonial style house, and on the blog a conversation with the Interior Designer discussing some of the project's features.

About Casa de Valentina 😉
Hi, my name is Lucila Zahran Turqueto and I'm the person behind Casa de Valentina! The project started as a blog in 2008, born from my passion for decorating spaces, when I was setting up my first home.
With time and a lot of dedication, Casa de Valentina grew, took shape, and matured. I received invitations to write articles for leading magazines in the field, I was featured on a magazine cover, and we earned the title of the most influential design and décor blog in Latin America.
Here on YouTube, you'll find a curated selection of architectural projects, with great interior design solutions. A space for us to share inspiration and good taste!
