As a spectator, the entire trial was very difficult to watch.
I don't even want to imagine the trauma his victims and everyone in that courtroom have endured.
Brilliant work by an incredibly tolerant DA and judge.

Judge Jennifer Dorow deserves a medal and a very long vacation for what Darrel Brooks put her through.

Judge Dorow should be commended she was extremely patient and professional and exhibited extreme patience. DA’s did a magnificent job as well.

I live in a different state, and I was exhausted just watching the trial on YouTube. I can only imagine what it was like to actually be there in the court room. Hats off to Judge Dorow, just watching her gave me a new outlook on the meaning of patience.

The prosecutors and the judge did an excellent job of responding to the defendant's provocations and delay tactics in such a manner as to create the record of a fair trial.

The judge had to recall pretty much everything she learned in all her years of school and it was extremely impressive. She sited 2 or 3 court cases numerous times but that is because they applied to so many of the objections brooks had, if you watched the whole trial you know just how many minute facts she had to go over with him.

The best part of the trial was when Sue Opper just stared Darrell Brooks down when he went on his rants. She did a great job.

He's finally got his ruling concerning subject matter jurisdiction. Subject= himself. Matter= guilty on all counts. Jurisdiction= maximum security prison.

Watching from the 🇬🇧,it was a very hard watch.
Everyone in the courtroom were respectful to each other,even to Brooks,but Brooks was disgusting and disrespectful to everyone.
The victim's,judge, prosecution and the police tried to keep his past from coming into court to protect him after everything he had done to this community,yet he insulted them all even the jury.

The blonde hair lawyer, Atty Basey sits next to Atty Sue Opper deserves attention as well. I noticed her crying in court when the victims' families told their stories before sentencing. Thank you for being there for them.
