Cette question présuppose que les colonisations sont terminées. Le problème c'est qu'elles existent encore et certaines en version 2.0, ces colonisations se sont adaptées, elles n'ont plus besoin d'occuper les territoires puisqu'elles occupent les économies. Tant que celles-ci existent, ces excuses dévoileraient une énorme hypocrisie et vues comme telles par les pays concernés qui ne sont pas dupes (voir les discours lucides d'Ousmane Sonko),
