With just a few songs left before the end of the show, Taka suddenly stopped singing, called out, "Hold on, sorry!",and hopped on one leg toward the side of the stage.
Neither the band members nor the fans knew what was happening, leaving everyone in utter confusion.

Then, an announcement echoed: "My leg won't move. But I still want to keep going. I'm sorry you have to see me like this."
When the audience saw him return to the stage in a wheelchair, the venue erupted in gasps and cries of concern.

Taka is usually known for his intense, dynamic performance across the stage, so seeing him suddenly remain in one spot with a foot resting on the center riser created just the faintest sense that something might be off—so subtle you would brush it off as nothing. His vocals remained so breathtakingly flawless that until he halted his singing, no one had any idea he had just suffered a fracture and was performing through excruciating pain.

During the encore that followed, he sang while hopping on one foot to protect his broken leg, yet his voice never wavered for a second.

Taka has explained that this song was not written for any specific person, but is purely about his own life—specifically, the feelings of devastation and the struggle of facing things alone when his world collapsed at a young age. At fifteen, he had to leave home due to his rebellious nature ("fifteen and crazy, no one to save me"). The figure of the "Pilot"—or his father—represents someone who should have been in control or offering guidance during the chaos, yet instead ignored him when he cried out for help.
