お手本で乗ってもらったときはもうエンジンブレーキでｳｩｩｩｳｳﾝってなりまくってましたけどそれでいいのかなぁと思ってました。
むしろ条件反射で手と足が勝手に動くと言った方が適切かも。
それとクリッピングポイントはアクセルを踏み始めるポイントと言うよりもブレーキを離すポイントと考えた方が良いと思う。
ABS作動させ続けるくらいブレーキ踏むとペダルがアクセルよりも奥にくるので、ヒールアンドトゥも楽にできます。公道でそこまでブレーキ踏んでると止まってしまうので難しいです。
