Tucked away in a quiet valley near Helston, a once popular railway is proudly fighting back , after a premature closure in 1962.
A fiercely passionate and determined group of volunteers and fund raisers are working tirelessly to run, and indeed , extend the tracks at Helston.
With vintage signs around the station and platform areas, combined with extremely friendly hosts, this is definitely a cause worth promoting and supporting.
Thanks to everyone I met today, it was great fun.
