Let's be honest... Milo only did this video so people realize he and Menno are two different people

would love to see a meeting between Menno and you

Personal experience with citrulline is that it mostly helps with fatigue management during longer sessions, going beyond 2 or even 2.5 hours. I’ve never noticed any difference in rep or weight progression for a single exercise session to session. So, if I was looking into its effect I would be more interested in knowing if it helps to speed up long sessions so you can fit more sets for more muscles into the available time, or if it makes it easier to complete extreme high volume programs during a training block. If it does, then yes. citrulline would maybe help with hypertrophy as a second-order effect of simply getting more sets in during a week, which we know is beneficial all else being equal.

I am sure I have mis-interpreted here, but surely Menno's take, re. citruline is the correct position to take, given that the null hypothosis is that it gives no benefit?

Milo looking for next beef

I always had this feeling that Milo reminds me of someone. And now I remember. Vux.

I always confused you guys together

Uh oh, the beef starting back up? Please tell me no protein discussion in this video :D You two are my main channels for the science based stuff, along with Mike.

All we want to ear is both of you about protein dose

I got my first DLC at 32. Woke up with a knee pain that comes and goes. Literally just woke up one day my right knee has never been the same😂

Unrelated question but if more sets means more growth, and most people aren’t really trying to maximize every single muscle on their body the way a pro bodybuilder would. Would it not be a good idea to just pick a handful of compound exercises and just hammer in a bunch of hard sets? For example, lat pulldowns or rows and a chest press maybe a shoulder press for upper body, but on a PPL split so it saves energy and time each session doing 10+ sets. Like a minimalist style of training while trying to maximize gains for each exercise. I myself only do dips and pull-ups for upper body, but compound free weight or machine exercises also work if I ever want to switch over to a lat pulldowns and a chest press machine.

Wait.. Milo and Menno are two different people??🤯

Seems like people in the comments have short attention span and need more flashy videos

Schmenno Schmenselschmans 😮

Beard Off!

Might be a little irresponsible promoting fast eccentrics and extreme stretch-mediated hypertrophy, simultaneously. I hope most trainees will be careful and use slow and controlled movement as they are taking muscles and soft tissues into any deep-stretched position.

Whatever Milo you love Menno

Does the lab coat add credibility?
