The Esperia Prowler has slowly become one of my most-used ships in Star Citizen — and honestly, one of the most useful ships I own.

It is incredibly versatile. Whether I'm traveling between locations, doing a quick bounty, or looking for the perfect ship for looting, the Prowler keeps surprising me with how much it can do.

Its stealth capabilities make it an excellent platform for getting in and out without being noticed, while its powerful VTOL system gives it a unique flight capability that can be used for maneuvers that simply aren't possible with most other ships.

In this video, we're taking a detailed look at the Prowler, including its exterior and interior, my power setup for maximum stealth, the best weapon setup for Star Citizen 4.10, and some useful tips and tricks.

I'll also show you a special flight mode using the Prowler's powerful VTOL system, as well as a combat technique that many players don't know about: the pilot can move into the copilot seat and access the turret, allowing you to use it against enemies in combat.

Agree. The only missing part is a bed to disconnect inside.

The auto grav hover tech is a feature they promised for the original drop ship version of the prowler. CIG just never finished it. But yeah the ship is supposed to be able to hover over the ground like a hover bike. This would make it function like a land vehicle when its on the ground and probably protect against anti-air turrets.

We have no idea when CIG will give us this however.

Dont forgot you can set up a hotkey for the tracker beam. You can swoop in and load cargo without leaving your seat.

Deadbolt IV, Salvation Scatter, and 2x Laser cannons.
Will damage the other ship, take shields down, and distort quickly.
Then it is BOARDING TIME!!!!!
Kill occupants and strip everything off.
This is the best ship evar!

I never expected it to be my most-used ship, but it quickly became my favorite. And 99% of the time, I’m using it to get into places where I don’t want people to know I’m there. I will never get rid of this ship. If it had a bed it would be the best ship in the game IMO.

As far as I know , the siutlocker you were talking about is actually a storage for 1/8 SCU boxes.
But a siutlocker would be much better in my opinion…

I fly mine from the copilot seat cause you get all the controls as the pilot plus you can control the tractor beam

Totally agree. It's a stealth heavy fighter with a 32SCU cargo hold. Nothing else can do what it can do.

You can use the remote turret from the pilot seat too, as long as no one is in the co-pilot seat. You are not limited by needing to use the co-pilot seat to use the remote tractor beam or gun turret. Also my play experience has not been great during 4.9 due to the sound issue and stuttering caused by the EAC for me this patch cycle. Needs to be updated or something fixed on CiG's end.

I think it was awesome when the scavenging loop worked, but since bricking I struggle to find a use for this ship that isn't done by something else a lot better.

Also! T there are more storage lockers above both pilot and Co pilot chairs. These are bigger in volume

U can also fly the ship from the copilot seat, so if you need to quickly take off and flee, u don't need to climb upstairs to do it. I'd do ditch the jump-seats for a bunkbed and maybe for a 300i size toilet...
One day I'll buy this ship again... I have the Panthera Paint for it BTW.

6:45 I was able to put an extra 10 scu's off grid for a total of 42, size 1 and size 2 scu boxes can wiggle in through the poop hole

I got quantum snared regularly doing Nyx stuff. Swapped to a dark paint, swapped in a military qd for the jump restart speed. Sure I got snared, but they never saw me, never locked on, I just dipped over and over.

The pilot and copilot actually both have overhead storage lockers, like the jump seats. Also, how could you not mention the 1/8 SCU box carriers!

some cool bit of lore, same as anti grav tech being developed extensively by the space turtles, the airshield, this one you see on the prowler and also on every hanger you enter, is all Tevarin tech, they developed it, humans took it and used it as well, but it wasnt a human invention, it was space birdo invention
