READ FIRST:
The northbound platforms @ 86th Street to 8th Avenue reopened today. Coincidentally, it decided to rain super hard today as well, making it pretty obvious that a few spots had not yet been waterproofed. Fail lol. Also, same as with Culver, the stations are not fully complete yet either, with closed off staircases and missing wall panels. Enjoy =P
