I seem to remember you guys saying that Stewie could no longer hit a 3, that her shot was gone, dead, finished.

Great discussion.

I find media over corrects. Stewie is great, been great but this FIBA fuelled push to close the gap we have seen A’ja create in recent years is a bit much. If A’ja had gone to FIBA, we wouldn’t have any of this but equally can we leave FIBA in the past and focus on the WNBA? 1 player is going for a 5th MVP, 3rd consecutive, and I feel this 1A 1B push takes away from that. It’s 1 and 2…and trying to make this closer for the sake of interest or a foil, mention in previous shows of A’ja as greatest WNBA player and Stewie greatest women’s basketball player  because of college titles and Euro league titles, when we know A’ja doesn’t play in the off season and this has served her and she created a college powerhouse instead of joining one….just a bit too much over correction. Let’s not try and tell all of us our eyes have been lying to spice things up.

Its naphessa  she needs to be a number 3 option on a championship caliper team

Stewie is that girl

I love the Valks. Win or lose the championship this year, I'm really gonna miss this team. It really feels like we're in this brief moment in time where a very old, gritty, team-first, warrior philosophy has bubbled up to the service - through the murky layers of shoe deals and salary negotiations and media discourse - and I'm just here waiting for the usual zombie forces of commerce to come jam their long blood-crusted fingernails in it. You can already see it with the attempts to isolate and distinguish VB and Gabby from their teammates. The money is coming and they need us to stay high on individualism. Easier to sell sh*t that way.

To Andrew's point: Last night we saw FIBA Ceci, stank face and all. To mix my metaphors - Viva FIBA!

With Angel going home?

Should be best of 5.

U can't have 2 leaders on the same team

as a lynx fan i think our season is over tomorrow and some big changes will be on the horizon

This is the best Stewart has played since being in NYC the Valkyries Aces or Liberty will win the title

Are we going to forget all this Stewie greatness stuff when New York loses?  If we're going to base Valkeries on one game, shouldn't we consider the fact they didn't play all that great on defense in it?

Too bad PB had to play 1 on 5 or you might be talking about her along with Aja and Stewie

Well Phee don't like her trying to be the leader of her team

This is who phee is last year also phee is not that's girl

Phee needs to be a number 2 or number 3 option on a championship team phee is not a dog its phee

How can the Fever have killer instinct when they don’t play defense? Please stop being delusional. You can’t kill if you can’t turn off someone’s water off. Plus they quit on each other. Plus CC doesn’t have accountability.

Phee was doing the same thing last year she's not THAT GIRL

Phee is not that girl
