This video shows how to replace a front wheel bearing on a Skoda Fabia. The old wheel bearing is removed and a new SKF bearing is pressed in. Special tools are used to press the bearing in and out.

Tools required:
Proxxon torque wrench 200 https://amzn.to/2F0wF0U
Wheel bearing tool set 72 mm for VAG https://amzn.to/2HoQS2E
Drill (in case you need to drill out the brake disc bolt)
Small angle grinder (in case a bolt isn't cooperating)
Wera Zyklop 1/2" ratchet set http://amzn.to/2FyUBdz
Torx screwdriver
Phillips screwdriver
Bearing grease
HAZET 36 spline socket https://amzn.to/2rJpR38
(Copper spray optional)
Screws and tightening torques:
Use new 12-point nut on wheel hub -- 50 Nm + 45°
Use new bolts and a new locking plate on the control arm to the axle joint (see video) -- 20 Nm + 90°
Wheel bolts -- 120 Nm
Brake caliper C54 to wheel bearing housing (two bolts) -- 125 Nm !!! There are different brake calipers. If yours looks different, you'll need to ask your Skoda dealer what tightening torque you need.
Phillips head screw for brake disc -- 4 Nm
Splash guard on wheel bearing housing -- 10 Nm

Good video showing a lot of details.
It seems the original bearing was not properly assembled. That is why there is rust at the back of the hub and on the bearing. The ring does not seem to be engaged in the groove.
Most of my time is going into cleaning the hub including grooves and ABS sensor solt. The more time is put into cleaning the easier the parts are to assembly.
