DAY 13 – CLEARWATER BEACH | PIER 66 | TAMPA | BAHAMA BREEZE

Today, we travelled from our villa down to Clearwater Beach to spend the afternoon soaking up the sun, relaxing on the beach and enjoying a swim in the sea. We had a few hours enjoying the beach before packing up and heading over to Pier 66, which was hosting a festival for the Spring Break period.

There were loads of market stalls, food and drink vendors, and some really cool sand art to check out. It was a great afternoon in Clearwater, although we definitely didn't get to spend as much time there as we would have liked. We're sure we'll be back again on a future visit!

After Clearwater, we headed back towards Tampa, where we were staying overnight at the Hilton near Tampa Airport ready for our big day at Busch Gardens the following day. A massive thank you again to the Birtpatels for sorting this for us!

After freshening up and having a little chill at the hotel, we headed out for dinner at Bahama Breeze. The atmosphere was brilliant, and the food and drinks were fantastic. It's such a shame to hear that the chain is closing, as we really enjoyed our visit!

We then made a quick stop at 7-Eleven to grab some snacks before heading back to the hotel to get some rest and prepare for Busch Gardens the very next day!
