My teacher uses ai to teach us sometimes to use as a reference and for getting an idea or scrap sheet and he obviously says its not ok to claim ai work or in general do anything with it but he says its ok to use as a reference or to get an idea.

(If you do use ai i do recommend mentioning in the art piece as it could be considered stealing since ai is trained by real artists)

I honestly use to say ai art was ugly mainly bc it used to generate art so badly to the point where it was uncanny and we just made fun of how bad it was but honest to god, after seeing that Coke commercial and that one incident with the Cartoon Network/ Total Drama AI filter, I don’t wanna call it ugly bc holy shit, it’s training off of artists really well and REAL HUMANS which can be dangerous btw.

Don’t go hate on/be mad at the person who generated that ai miku, I get not wanting to draw the full thing, and they did absolutely NOTHING wrong if they LABELED the art as ai, so people KNOW it’s ai, and they make their own sketches, the ONLY way the person generating the art is to blame, is if they CLAIMED THE ART as their own.

Bro during craft club a few days ago I was just drawing and there’s this screen in our classroom, and the screen had a picture of a cat sitting on a couch next to a fire place. The picture was so obviously AI generated that it bugged me for the rest of the class 😭

i think they think “it’s ugly” not because of the artstyle of the person it stole from, but all the sloppiness of AI and its imperfections in general

OMG GURRRLL YOU ATE AGAIN!! I can’t believe so many artists (even artists with BARELY any recognition) are having their art stolen and fed to AI! I should really put a warning on my channel telling others not to do that with my art!

Yes to others reading this, please DO NOT feed my artworks to AI for generation! I do not consent to that kind of thing. Please always ask any artist for permission before doing such things.
