Was finally able to get my hands on some Riftbound and pulled an Arise so I started putting together an Azir deck. Thanks for the tips!

You should consider Wind Wall in side to sideboard in, when red decks bring in Thermo Beam.

You said you could put the soldier in your base or at a battlefield but I think it has to be your base

I actually have been testing adding 2 poro snacks and 2 green seals in the deck to help with the the consistency/draw issue and it has been feeling pretty good so far. It helps keep runes healthy and if you have seal out poro snack is just 2 runes to draw two. I need more testing but it has felt good so far.

Why is Azir a Deck who wants to run first, looks like being on the draw will increase consitent Equipment turn 1.

Thank you! Azir’s affordability - just 3 arise as the big expense - is appealing to me for my set 2 deck.

Did you try anything with yellow Renata for token readiness? Or is it redundant with Azir moving sand soldiers with him?

@dynamicsparx 7 months ago

Azir loses to Draven heavy, unless your local LGS doesn't play him I wouldn't recommend Azir

Sweet tech on the "guards" ! Thanks for the video, I'm going to be testing a build with some more units to benefit this strat. Renata, maybe Jax and Aphelios 🤔
