The Big Lap of Australia | BMW R1300 GSA | S7 EP55
After approximately 16,000km on the road, we have reached Darwin and the halfway point of our enormous 32,000km lap and a half around Australia.
In this episode of our Australian motovlog, we visit the Territory Wildlife Park near Berry Springs before riding into Darwin on our BMW R1300 GS Adventure. The wildlife park offers an incredible look at the native animals, birds and natural habitats of Australia’s tropical Top End, making it one of the most interesting places to visit near Darwin.
We then continue north into Darwin, the capital of the Northern Territory. After riding through Tasmania, Victoria, South Australia, Central Australia and Western Australia, reaching Darwin is a major milestone in our journey. We explore the city, learn more about its fascinating history and make time to keep fit while travelling full-time before preparing for the second half of our Australian adventure.
