I've been waiting for this

Great recap. Can’t wait til part 2 🙂

I'll share my 2c as a west-coast Canadian who took days off work to watch the live streams. Round one sound assault - annoying; Single stream per "event" - annoying; Commentator mic issues - bad; Persistent delays which threw everything off - omfg! I do have to give credit that the advancements in stream overlays for information were very nice - great job on those.

Having a table for yourself is a good thing to me and made me happy cause I didn’t want you or anyone else pieces getting mixed together if you know what I mean and don’t worry I’ve been keeping my eyes on you and I saw you finish the puzzle you got and I’m proud of you that you reached your goal

Congratulations on a job well done puzzling. This was a great video. So many funny bits and very solid poins. I look forward  to your next recap part.

If I remember correctly, all the ad breaks were the same, and they were all for Ravensburger 🙄

I love the biting humour 😂

I really appreciate your honest reviews! Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
Love from Brazil ❤

Great intro 😂

I’m sorry you had delays going on things don’t work when you want them to work you know what I mean I’m not mad about the delays I just feel bad for you and everything else and I didn’t expect any of the nationals park puzzles at all I was thinking garden birds the colourful market puzzle with the fruit the lighthouse puzzle and animal friends by the way I’m so happy you didn’t get the second semifinal puzzle there’s purple flowers in it I’m serious Adam I’m so so happy for you and I’m so so proud of you that you made it to the finals

Thank you for your detailed and honest review! I agree that the delayed schedule was really crazy. And the time of each upcoming events kept changing throughout the event. I only knew the time changing because other puzzlers told me, and they were told by the others. 😂

For the registeration card, I have different idea from yours. It's a good idea to let each country send one representative to grab the cards, but it won't really work for all the countries. Some people might not be part of the association of their country and some countries do not have associations. And in my case, the organization just intentionally put me under another country for some political reasons that none of the puzzlers I talked to understand why the organizer chose to follow. ( I knew it's intentional because it happened last year for other puzzler from my country, too) But despite that, the event didn't seem to care if you are the person who pay for the competition anyways because they don't check the puzzlers identities 😂

I'm also very sad to not be able to get the 2nd solo prelim puzzle because we don't have any new Ravensburger puzzles imported. Yes, I could still buy it from US Amazon if I want to, but the transportation fee would cost a lot 😢 Don't see why they cannot resolve this before the event.

Overall, I tried to stay positive during the event because I believe happy mind brings happy experience. But if we really dig into the details of the event, there are a lot of improvements to make for sure!

Hi Adam the Pokémon puzzle is 40320 pieces and 5 1000 piece puzzles were on my list of puzzles that I think they might use but I will tell you that when you talk about teams semifinals

Hi Adam, well from a viewers perspective the YouTube experience was a clusterfeck of off timing and awful sound. We have viewed all championships for years and cannot understand why Ravensburger has such a casual attitude to it all. Look at the American Nationals where was the puzzle chess, casual puzzling artists etc. Will be interesting to see if this survives and in Spain. Thanks for posting👍

The qualification rounds are arranged alphabetically by your name. That’s why you are doomed to be in round A 😂
