In this video, we removed the carburetors from a 2006 Yamaha V star 650 classic. We removed the bowls of each carburetor and thoroughly clean both the pilot jet, main jet, and float valve. Utilizing a small piece of wire and a standard spray can of carburetor cleaner we were able to get this motorcycle running like brand new. This video is not a detailed breakdown on how to rebuild all components within your carburetor, but simply how to clean it if it has gotten dirty and clogged.
