The Gym Rat Season 4 follows B as he enters his junior year at Prep High School — the biggest and most important season of his basketball journey yet. With college coaches watching every move, new rivalries forming, and pressure at an all-time high, B is chasing his dream of earning a scholarship and finding the perfect school for his future.

While past seasons revealed more about Coach and Jett’s backstories, there are still major questions left unanswered… Who is B’s real father? Will Coach finally adopt him? And can this new team at Prep stay together long enough to win?

This season is bigger, more intense, and more personal than ever. Welcome to Prep.
