The best way to watch this movie is to go in knowing nothing about it.  You start off thinking it is a standard crime movie, then BAM!  Vampires!

Selma Hayek’s dance scene remains one of the sexiest things put to film ever. The foot scene with Salma must have been the highest point in Quentin Tarantino’s life

34:36 Hella goes into a coma

24:53 "Because they like pervert thing." Nailed Quentin Tarantino with that one

Kate seems to be having more fun with this film than the other two ladies.

At the end, what appears is a pyramid, with an architecture very similar to an Aztec pyramid. Indicating that the vampires of that bar are much older than we can imagine.

40:39 "That seems dirty"😂
I love Hella ❤

Our favorite girls have brought their wild friend along.

Chi jumping at the snake and scaring Hella and Katie. Katie dropping F Bombs lol

The lady with the snake was Salma Hayak

19:27 I didn't think it was possible to make "The T*tty Twister" sound so cute.

A few trivia:

- The Texas ranger at the beginning, Earl McGraw (played by Michael Parks), also appears in Kill Bill, as well as other Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez films.

- Pete the liquor store clerk says that he should win a f**kin' Academy Award for acting natural.  The actor who plays him, John Hawkes, goes on to be nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for the film Winter's Bone in 2011.

- The legless vampire was played by an actual amputee.

Another Robert Rodriguez-directed film you might enjoy is Desperado, which also stars Salma Hayek (the snake lady), Quentin Tarantino, and a certain gun.

Fun fact - Selma Hayek is very afraid of snakes. Thats makes that dance scene even more impressive

Chi & Hella's reaction when that big yellow boa constrictor was revealed was priceless, lol.
Everyone's reaction was great!  Katie was so cute the way everything amused her - from the name of the bar to "Sex Machine"s name and his codpiece pistol, lol.
There was one point during the exotic dancing where Chi and Hella are reclined waaaay back on the couch but Katie was leaning right in haha.
This was so fun.

“That’s what perverts do you know?!?” 😆😆😆😆 That made me laugh hysterically.

28:07 Fred Williamson, legendary action "blacksploitation" actor

Katie, Chi and Hella. The Dream Team.

I love how Seth and Jacob don’t like each other, but are willing to put their differences aside to fight a common enemy. In this case, vampires. I also love Seth’s speech to Jacob about how he’s their best chance against the vamps, and how Jacob accepts responsibility.

Plus, there’s something funny about Jacob censoring himself.

You might like the movie Desperado which is also set in Mexico, but Robert Rodriguez who is a close friend of Tarantino and films in a similar style, but no vampires. Rodriguez is famous because he was from a poor country and made a movie that is considered to be Hollywood quality with just $10,000.  The two directors are friends so they also put a lot of fun easter eggs of each others movies in their films

glasses guy IS Quentin Tarantino...

Katie is so much fun! Bring her back next time! Nice video as usual. Love to see Chi and Hella. 😊
