We love you, Big George. The man was hated at first, and then he won us over. Not just an amazing boxer, but an expert commentator. I'll never forget the Bowe/Golota riot and how they tried to run up on the commentary team. As soon as Big George stood up, they scattered. Magic moments.

Usyk will have my admiration for all time for finishing off Tyson Fury (by the looks of it right now anyway.) Just look at what he had to overcome in those fights - the massive physical differences as well as the fact his home nation was at war for both of them. He's the ideal model of a gentleman fighter - never ducked anyone, always charming and respectable, always fighting on the road, always well-prepared and focused, a clean and honest fighter that anyone can admire.

Contrast that with Fury - sham retirements, ducking fights (the Klitschko rematch, Joshua several times, other people might have forgot when he dropped his British title to avoid fighting David Price back when it still looked like Price might be the real deal but I don't) loud and obnoxious, and while he's a good fighter he's not clean, either in how he fights or what he's been caught sticking into his veins or up his nose. Lazy and ill-disciplined, lack of preparation almost caught him out several times against soft touch opposition. He's a good fighter, but a terrible champion and a horrible role model. I really did admire him for his performances against Wilder but at the end of the day a Leopard never changes its spots. My late grandfather never really respected him, thinking that he was lazy and thick. In the end I think he was right about him despite his great talent.
