Always save Kent! Molerat cure, agree to give it to him but quickly move away, drop it out and move back to the doctor to do both options together.

I don't remember ever seeing a stegosaurus before.

You can drop the cure when your talking to the Doctor and it will count as giving it to him.

My first playthrough and my current playthrough are a decade apart. It's really cool when you make the same choice without realizing it. 28 yo me and 38 yo me both made the same decision with the death claw. I recognized how it played out. I imagine my reasoning was the same then as it is now. Fuck the rich. Stuck up snob. Only this time I'm a dad twice. I always play thinking about what I would actually do. I'm chaotic neutral, so money usually talks, but I also have principals.

there're big decisions in that game?
