Internationally, they aren't as massive of a group as Blackpink or Le Sserafim, but within Korea, they are the most listened-to group. They are the favorites of the general public—from kids to senior citizens, everyone in Korea loves IVE. Every time they release a new album, their songs break records on the charts and at award shows; they are already very well-established with the public in Korea and Asia.
Naturally, they’ve also won a ton of awards. Since most awards prioritize a group's performance in Korea rather than globally, they have won several awards for Song of the Year, Best Female Group, etc.

Rei - Gaeul - Wonyoung - Yujin - Leeseo - Liz

The brand is the winner of the most music shows in their generation and became the girl group with the most PAK/RAK from all generations and became the group that wins the DAESANG award every year. They never disappoint me, their fans always... IVE Forever❤❤

The girl in the gray shirt 3rd from the right is the Leader "Yujin", my bias.

REI, JAPAN GIRL
GAEUL, OLDEST
WONYOUNG
YUJIN, LEADER
LEESEO, YOUNGEST
LIZ

11:25 she is the leader

liz is my ultimate bias in ive her vocals is so soft yet powerful

IVE in Lollapalooza is the next step

Check IVE lollapalooza 2024 performance so good😊❤

They're very very popular in their home country to the point where they had multiple paks (perfect all kills) on all korean music charts for their music! Other groups may have popularity outside but with this group they DOMINATE in south korea!

Rei, the one with orange hair, is the only foreigner in the group. She's Japanese and very talented. Despite being the main rapper, she has a very good voice, and her tone is very unique and appealing to the ear, which is why she's my favorite.

I came across IVE through 'I Am' whilst sat in a chicken restaurant in Seoul in Feb this year... I'm a 50 something rock fan from the UK and there was something about that song that just caught my attention. Roll forward to now and I have their whole back catalogue (bar a couple of Japanese singles) and watched almost all the Starship IVE output there is and they really don't have filler tracks... everything is so well put together and performed. There's a lot of hate out there (especially for Wonyoung) which I don't understand but it's part of the K-pop culture apparently (doesn't make it right though). You should watch some of the '1,2,3 IVE' episodes or the 'Arch-IVE' ones to see a bit more of them as people (the ghosts and zombie episodes are hysterical) and you'll only love them more.
(From L to R as you look at them)
Rei- great singer and rapper, always being cute and using the 'I'm not Korean' excuse far too often😆. Everyone loves her
Gaeul- getting more profile now which is deserved (she's my bias), is the oldest in the group and has such a beautiful heart and soul, always there for everyone. Underrated vocals and a great dancer too
Wonyoung- the 'face' of IVE but, despite the appearance of confidence and presence, is a thoughtful and supportive presence. Doesn't deserve the hate she gets (lucky she has the others to be there for her)
Yujin- second oldest and leader. Great singer and dancer and so skilled at getting the best from the group as well as being honest enough to ask for help when needed (unnie Gaeul is always there)
Leeseo- the youngest but growing into her place in the group (must be difficult to start at 15 and grow up in the full glare of fame) with a wonderful voice that's getting stronger. Sweet and will play the baby card whenever needed lol
Liz- imo, the funniest of them all, always there with a silly comment or a daft interjection and you can't help but fall for her. And such an incredible voice to go with that.

Watch some of the behind the scenes content of their MVs too as they're a great insight into how things come together.

Sorry for the long post but cheers for your reactions and enjoy more (react to the Japanese single 'Crush' if you haven't already and prepare for a cuteness overload). Have a great day.

They are the best group ever

Thanks for reacting to this "Killing Voice"; I'll be back for more IVE!

IVE❤

IVE is the top girl group in korea.  Blackpink is global but in korea its IVE and aespa.  They gotten all the top awards(daesangs).  As a rookie they won a daesang and rookie of the year which has only happened a handful of times.  They are just behind TWICE in album sales for gg.  For music show wins by the end of the year they will just be behind TWICE for gg.  Wonyoung is the "IT" girl of kpop.  Wonyoung and Yujin are top 3 in brand deals/endorsements.  IVE has the most PAK for gg and just 1 behind BIGBANG for groups.  PAK is perfect all kill.  For a song to get PAK they need to simultaneously place at #1 on all music streaming charts in korea.

Liz is one of the three best singers of the 4th generation

Actually, u should watch the video performance for bang bang + the studio choom (a channel for kpop performance with amazing camera work) for blackhole, rebel heart + U should definetly react to their song Either way which is a fan favorite

yes react to their lollapalooza live stage pls

IVE😀 from korea! in that time korea is still very cold and several members caught a cold(wonyoung, yujin, liz) this is why they had hot pack
