The Vikings have never been the same since they moved indoors.

my favorite vikings jersey of all time was the 1969 version with the NFL 50 patch on the shoulder. great.

Vikings never should have moved indoors.

This looks like it was from a "This Week in Pro Football" episode right before the 1970 season opener.

I remember both games. Bud grant never had heaters for his team. Then the superbowl against KC. I remember that superbowl as well

Really liked the Sumerall/ Brookshire duo. Both in highlights and play by play. Don't see why they had to break them up. Maddens' thing was to state and then restate the obvious interrupted by Boom, this and Boom that.

My Vikes !  ⭐️ I was 6 in 1969  ....gave up in 2009 after 40 years of heartbreak 😳

The Vikings should have won Super Bowl 4 against the Chiefs

Minnesota got a measure of revenge on opening day 1970 at Bloomington when they beat the chiefs 27-10.

I'm not sure what roman Gabriel was thinking on that last play vs Minnesota..

The browns lost 3 playoff games in the late 60s by scores of 52-14 to dallas(they did the cowboys however in 68 and 69 playoffs) in 67, 34-0 to Baltimore at home in the NFL Championship game and of course 27-7 to Minnesota in 69..

The best team to never win the SB
