"Gotta be the worst feeling ever." Nope. Getting cheated on is a LOT worse, I can assure you.

Therapist here…..tremendously glad to see two men talking publicly, openly and honestly with each other about their past mistakes and struggles. I hope more men will be inspired to do this from watching these kinds of things. Respect to Theo and Dax for sharing 🙏🏻

1st 2 rules of dating;
1. Don't cheat. EVER.
2. Never date a cheater.

“Freudian waterslide” 🤣

“You can’t break up with me, you’re my mom” dang Theo 😂😂😂 thanks for the honesty.

I like how they don’t completely trash their exes.. they recognize their own faults.. sounds like they’ve matured a lot

Dax Shepard looks like he sings for nickelback.

Dax talking about comparing where he was in life to his daughter at 9 made me so teary eyed. This is wonderful to see such genuine male vulnerability in this day.

“Dude, if I cry on here one more time..” 😂

I'll never understand why people cheat. Like if you wanna sleep with other people don't be with someone. It's one of the most painful things for someone if they genuinely love you.

"We met whilst cheating" , "I'm so inlove with this girl" 💀

Dax has done some serious inner work to get that deep 😂

“You can’t break up with me, you’re my mom.” Wow. Thank you for your honesty. I think I would have fast-tracked my understanding of codependency if I had heard that level of truth from a male partner.

"You have a compassion for your 9 yo self"
💕💕💕

In all seriousness, for anyone who has struggled with women and addiction this is a great listen

“Having the conversation to tell someone you’re cheating or breaking up with them is the worst. Like what’s worse?”  Well, I don’t know, being cheated on probably?

This is the most normalized I’ve ever heard narcissism be portrayed

For all his Huckleberry Finnian stories of his youth, to see Theo’s honesty with himself can be healing for his audience too

These two men are the result of  fathers not being around in their children life 😢 its heartbreaking  to watch 🥀

When Dax talks about having compassion for yourself...that's so beautiful
