I see they changed the opening to the game. It used to start with you waking up in some secret lab. The original opening made more sense, IMO.

Would definitely want to see you do more of this. Some poeple might tell you to start with Manibus Novice, but from my experience, it's better to start in Manibus, not the Novice version. Novice version gets too easy after maybe 20 minutes. I'm talking 1 shotting everything kind of easy that it doesn't even feel like there's any stakes. The Normal Manibus is just a tiny bit harder, but not that far off. The thing is, in Manibus, you have access to all events available in the game, so if you want a genuine Once Human experience as a new player, go with Normal Manibus instead of Novice. Way of Winter is kind of Hardcore version, but it's doable for a new player, expect to die a lot in teh beginning though. Endless dream are for Pros, that's the REALLY Hardcore one, even I don't want anything to do with Endless dream. The map there is also really gloomy. The upside of Endless dream is you have access to almost the entire map.

Oh and each Scenario or Game Mode (Manibus, Way of Winter, Endless Dream, and so on) have a dedicated portion of map for them, no game mode has the entire map unlocked, the closest you have to that is Endless Dream scenario. That being said, each portion is still HUGE so whatever you choose, there's a lot of place to discover.

so the Manibus/Endless Dream/Way of Winter etc is like the title or story line you can choose from, and after choosing which one you want to play you can find a new server within the title that just started the progress or a permenant one which doesnt have time limits, cause the servers has a progression stage which unlock at a certain week until the final then you can transfer to other title or same to start over a new one, or you can keep playing so it will combine with permenant server so you dont have to redo everything. if you transfer to a new server your material that you farm and everything you had will stay in your eternal backpack and you can choose to transfer limited amount of stuff to your new transfered server.

I've literally just started playing today and im totally lost and scared at the same time.this game gives me silent hill vibes × 10😮😮😂😂❤❤

Haha I just started as well and have no idea what’s going on.

I played when the game released and its been years Im thinking about coming back now Im scared it might overwhelm me

Have you ever played "Remnant: From the Ashes?"

Amazing vid as always daxx

Go into Manibus Novice, says 40 days but will go perm after that, been on my server for 7 months

Glad you like the game. Wife and i been playing 14 months. 3rd sever now Way of Winter.... just started it 1 week in... its a bit harder!! Cant wait till the the server comes out! So excited for this new Island!❤🎉❤🎉

keep going broo

love  this game, only game i play i have 7,479.4 hours into it, there are perm servers so you don't have to start all over, Manubis Y0004 is the best. Just depends on where you wanna start. With permanent servers you don't have to start all over again with nothing. Every time you jump into new server you start at level 1 again with nothing.

I am since release in game, an i live in there... XD  It`s kind of repetative an adictive in the same time, and you never need to spend money on it, if you want. If you don`t want  run around like a bum, you buy outfits...  :P...  Have fun ....^^

When ppl refuse to read the tutorial lol

the Gacha game and slow progress is the only killer for once human. There isn't much to do, once youre max lv, have your base.  gets boring after a while tbh

What a BS of a launch on xbox. Press x to enter game. It does nothing!. I only see link account, custom server and region. No option for settings.

Hey mate, Aussie here - how’s the lag in game? I tried this out a year ago and gave up the lag was impossible to play with

Just to clarify, a few people have commented about this, so I’ll make it simpler for those who are new to the game.

Think of Manibus, Endless Dreams, Way of Winter, etc. as different dimensions within the same overall map, each with its own set of rules.

For example, Manibus is the basic gameplay experience. You mainly need to manage food, water, sanity, and a shelter for crafting and farming.

Way of Winter takes place in a different region of the map with snow, ice, and volcanoes. You still have to manage food, water, sanity, and a shelter, but it adds a temperature survival system. Now you also have to deal with cold and heat, and your shelter becomes important not only for crafting and farming, but also for protecting yourself from the weather. It also introduces new enemies, bosses, and survival challenges.

So each scenario uses the same core survival mechanics, but adds its own unique environmental hazards and gameplay systems.

If you need help, i am happy to help.. i play in server Manibus - Y0003
