If demon slayer was in the same world as mha, I think the only reason the heroes won't know about Demons or the slayers is because people who have quirks can't use breathing techniques because it's dangerous for them, just like the demon slayer marks it can cause them to die at an early age so it's preferred to let the heroes take out the villains while the slayers kill the demons.
