@27:05. I think the word you are looking for is fair. In shipbuilding, "fair" means to smooth out or adjust the lines of a hull by removing irregularities, ensuring a smooth and even surface across the entire structure.

Not to be too critical but this video clearly shows how kit makers consistently screw up the hull form of the Iowa-class. The Iowa-class have twin keels at the stern that are integral to the hull form; not extensions to the hull. Yet every kit seems to do the latter which really messes up the shape of the stern. In most cross sections the tunnel between the keels is deeper than the hull outside the keel (and the outer edge of the twin keel blends seamlessly with the rest of the hull.

Holaa....para los cortes usa un Cutter..o bisturi, las tijeras no son buena opcion....en cuanto al pegamento es mejor usar pegamento de contacto y catalizador, es mucho mas rapido y facil...la cola demora mucho.....y tambienm seria bueno usar masilla Putty de Tamiya....Un gran trabajo estas haciendo con una nave maravillosa.....ese modelo de madera lo compraste o lo fabricaste en una cnc laser.????.-.......un abrazo desde el fin del mundo.....Chile.-
