If leaving your Jag on jack stands for more than a couple months. I would disconnect the rear trailing arms from the body mounts or if that location is to hard to remove you could disconnect from the hub. With the suspension hanging you will damage (crack / tear) the large bushing. Don't ask how I know (lets just say the brand new ones I installed never saw service). Keep up the good work Bob appreciate your videos.

Future video suggestion should you ever have the opportunity:  A how to in swapping up to XJ40 like (maybe XK8R) hub carriers.. and if the toe bolt can be used in the X300 & up carriers - when swapping to both stronger hubs and outboards.   I know the hubs aren't 100% identical to the late XJS outboard hubs, and of course there's the park brake issue.

I did this job 2 days ago! We must have been doing it tge same time. I had a feeling....
As far as lower pin seals are concerned I swapped to lip seals, like skf11124. Rubber lip seals would work even better
