To determine the age for involuntary early retirement in 2026, we need to know the standard retirement age (65 or 67 years). From this age, it is possible to bring forward your pension by up to four years.

€2,000 - 30% = €1,400
20 years x 14 payments x €600 = €168,000
4 years x 14 payments = €78,400
MAXIMUM PENSION AND THIRTY-FOURTH TRANSITIONAL PROVISION:
Initial pension: €3,850 - 15% = €3,272.50
Maximum pension: €3,359.60 - 4 = €3,225.21
APPLICATION OF TRANSITIONAL PROVISION 34:
€3,500 - 15% = €2,975
€3,359.60 - 9.1% = €3,053.87 €
