Greetings All ! In this video I make a quilt out of Kaffe Fassett Fabric. This block is generally called "Drunkard's Path" but I think we should start re-branding it as "Wanderer in the Wilderness."

If you enjoy my content you can donate to support my channel by going to davescraftroom.com. Thanks !

Here is the original blog post that inspired this quilt:

Dave's Craft Mom will be impressed that you got all the sides of the curves to match their neighbors at the intersections. She taught you well, young grasshopper.

This quilt is just exquisite. It was so enjoyable to watch you put it together.

I love how some of the fabrics wander off by themselves and some stick together. Mesmerizing to watch it all come together. I'm sure Dave's Craft Mom is very happy with her quilt.

I like your videos just the way they are, time lapse. It's nice just to see a process and hear your deliberations and thought processes.

Just went to Walmart, bought washable markers and freezer paper. I’ve never done anything like this but I absolutely love this quilt and your free quilting style so here goes, wish me luck! ✌️

You would have made a glorious quilt from this design in any fabric, but the Kaffe Fasset fabrics do of course look amazing

What an awesome job you did with this quilt, Dave! Especially considering you seemed to be cutting out those curves freehand, yet al your seams and corners match, into perfect Wanderer in the Woods circles! Your mom must have been over the moon to receive this hand-quilted work of art from her son. Wow. I am such a huge admirer! Adding this design to my bucket list of quilts I want to make!
