What If Deku Had Endless Resurrection Quirk | Part 1
Summary: All For One hummed, lifting his foot over his head. "Any last words, Deku?"
Kacchan.
I'm so sorry, Kacchan. I promised I wouldn't give up, that I'd keep fighting for you, but– I can't.
At least I'll see you soon.
He swallowed– though his throat still felt really dry and hot– and he glared up at the grinning expression on Shigaraki's face. "Yeah," he rasped, using all the strength he had left to raise his middle finger to the sky. "Fuck you, All for One."
The last thing he heard was a short, surprised laugh– before his head was suddenly crushed by the force of the villain's shoe–
And then–
There was nothing.
Or, Izuku finds out he has a quirk that brings him back 24 hours before his death, so what's the rational thing to do? The easiest, least bloodiest- hah, not counting himself of course- method to saving the most amount of lives?
To kill himself over and over until he is eight years old to warn All Might before he ever gets injured of course!
Or or, I just wanted to throw together my favourite tropes, like vigilante!Izuku, time travel fix-its, and more.

5:42:55 …Fortunately for him, less than half a minute passed after Overhaul and Eri left the room when the walls suddenly began to transform and a large, spiky stalactite pierced through his chest, causing him to cough out a huge amount of blood. Before long, he was closing his eyes and looking forward to his next attempt.
* * * * *
Izuku woke up coughing out blood. It was Sunday afternoon– the day before the raid, and he was at the beach, training with the others. The moment he realised he returned a day prior, his throat began to burn and he quickly raised his hands to his mouth, before staring in horror at the red, metallic-smelling liquid covering his palms.
"Izuku?!"
He glanced up and saw that Neito was staring at him, worried. Aizawa-sensei heard the other boy's panicked tone and immediately walked over to them. "Midoriya?! What happened?! I only left you for two seconds–"
"I'm fine," he coughed, gagging on the disgusting taste in his mouth. "It's– just a nosebleed–"
Neito seemed confused and was about to tell the truth when he suddenly seemed to realise what happened. He closed his mouth and then said "I think I have some tissues in my bag," before running off.
Aizawa-sensei just sighed. "Alright, you'll take a break then. Shinsou can spar with Monoma."
Izuku was content with that, and the two of them watched the other two spar in silence. However, despite him being physically quiet, his mind was buzzing with thoughts and questions and plans– for his next shot at saving Eri and defeating Overhaul.
When their training was over however, Neito walked up to Izuku and said flatly, "You Reset earlier today, didn't you? Your eyes looked blank– like when Hitoshi uses his quirk on someone– for half a second, and then you suddenly blinked and started coughing blood."
"..It's never happened before," Izuku sighed, admitting it. "I don't know why I started coughing this time."
"Why did you– oh. The raid is tomorrow, isn't it?" Hitoshi muttered quietly.
"...Yeah, it is."
"You should–"
"I'm not letting you come, Hitoshi," Izuku snapped, before taking a deep breath. "Sorry, I'm just a bit on edge right now, after Resetting. But surely you understand– it would be far too dangerous for you to go and fight these villains! I've died, fighting them. Not to mention the fact that you'll be surrounded by heroes who are also trying to catch you–"
"I wasn't going to suggest that," Hitoshi huffed. "Don't you think you should… tell Eraserhead about your quirk?"
"What?! No! If people hear about my quirk, they'll want me to stop using it. And they're going to question how I've got a bunch of secondary quirks."
"We're not going to be able to stop you from going tomorrow, are we," Neito said, dejected. "You're going to go no matter what."
He nodded. "I have to."
"I don't understand. Can't you just leave it to the heroes? They'll save Artemis– the girl that you're so worried about. And wouldn't there be lots of opportunities to meet her in the future, once she's safe?"
"I was the one to defeat Overhaul in the past," Izuku retorted. "And while I'm relieved that this time Endeavour will be in the raid too, I'm still too worried about it. It'd calm my nerves more if I'm actually there, helping out."
"Right… you and your hero complex. I should've known."
"Where the hell did you learn the phrase 'hero complex'?!"
* * * * *
That evening, Izuku was at home writing out the events that had happened in the failed raid. It had become a habit for him– scribbling down every memory, every small recollection he could remember into his notebooks. (They were coded to hide the truth from his mother and other people of course.) Sometimes, he would have to write the same entries repeatedly– if he had to Reset the same day multiple times (usually when he faced slightly more… difficult villains to capture.
He hoped he wouldn't have to repeat the raid for too long. He hated being reminded of Eri's scars and the bastard who caused them, Overhaul.
Now that he was thinking of plans on how to get through the raid again, he wondered about why he had thrown up blood even though he was in the past. Was his quirk… not working properly somehow? He considered throwing himself out the window to test it, to see if he would wake up with further damage to himself.
I'm going insane, he thought to himself, holding his pen still. But he bit his lip and mentally debated it in his head for a few minutes, before getting up in the end anyways.
He liked falling the best. If he fell from a high enough height, it was almost always instant. This time though, he wasn't sure if it was the best choice. He didn't want to risk waking up yesterday with broken bones or something. I mean, at least I didn't have a hole in my chest when I woke up this time. What if it only heals fatal injuries now– and leaves some small injuries?! Eventually, Izuku decided on making a small cut on his finger (that could just be explained as a papercut), and then slit his throat without a moment of hesitation.
He opened his eyes, taking in the dimly-lit room. He was in his bedroom– which made sense, since it was evening. It didn't explain why he was lying on the floor though.
Izuku sat up, his heart beginning to thump quicker and quicker, as he took rapid, shallow breaths. He stared at the knife on the ground beside him, and blinked, wondering– hoping that it was just a hallucination. He quickly brought his shaking hands up to inspect them using the moonlight coming through the window curtains. There was no papercut.
He stood up– too quickly– and almost fell down immediately when the blood rushed to his legs. Izuku stumbled over to the bedroom, flipping on the lights as he went, and stared at himself in the mirror. The collar of his shirt was stained in blood– but there was not a single scratch or scar on his neck. He swallowed.
Overhaul's quirk.
That was the only explanation he could think of for this.
"Izuku…?" He spun around quickly and lunged for the door, locking it when he heard his mother's worried tone. Then, he wished and prayed to every god out there that she wouldn't enter his room or notice anything through the door he'd left half-open.
"I'm… in the bathroom," he called, wincing at his slightly hoarse voice. "Think I ate something bad earlier."
"Oh… I see. I'll go make you some tea," she said, before shuffling away. He sighed in relief. He thought briefly about jumping out the window and finding another way to kill himself, but immediately thought better off it. If I'm actually unable to… I shouldn't test it in public. He quickly turned on the tap and began scrubbing his neck, washing away the blood.
After sneaking...
