Ayi ur strong sisi. Mna I am in isolation from abazalwane and church. Im walking with God alone coz I cannot withstand church pressure. I last attended church before ipasika and I intend on going back around november. Yet Im not sure if Im gonna be full time. The pressure yasenkonzweni that u hv to always report if ur not gonna attend. There's so much expectation from church that u feel under pressure. And whn u take some time to breathe abazalwane ill assume ukuthi uwile. Yet asidalwanga ngokufana coz abanye abethu are loners and can't stand being always around crowds on a constant basis. Mna as I dnt go to church I spend most of my time indoors alone coz Im not the type to be always around people. But I make time for God with constant prayer and watching spiritually uplifting and building material on YouTube.
Eish woman of God I've learnt from you BCS some of us have experienced this challenge but I thank God that you've taken us through your journey to strengthen us
The mistake that most of us Christians make is that of thinking the relationship with God is a group thing. When you give yourself to God you get into the relationship between God and yourself. That will enable you to understand that no matter how many you were when you raised your hand in surrendering to Christ, it's not about the group that was with you, but it's about you; only you. I learned it the hard way. I didn't recuse myself from my friends, but my friends just disappeared. I didn't choose not to wear jeans, but I happened to dislike all the jeans that I had. Whether the people around you are judgemental or whatever, it doesn't concern you. What matters to you is that you are answerable only to God. Rejection is always there, but one must understand that God doesn't reject anyone. I received many messages which I didn't understand at the time, especially with the pastors under which I served, because they didn't understand the person that I was before the LORD. Another message that came to me was through a sermon by an American pastor on the 26th of December 2009, and that changed my whole life.
It was frustrating to listen to the interview, the lady touched and left so many aspects of her testimony and left them hanging. It felt more like a venting session than a guided interview. I wish she can come back.
